Marco ha l’X Factor

Il vincitore della terza edizione di X Factor è.. Marco Mengoni!
Ma quanto avrò esultato quando Francesco Facchinetti ha pronunciato le suddette parole? Che poi, parliamoci chiaro: era una vittoria annunciata. Marco è il favorito praticamente dal primo giorno.. ma la concorrenza di Giuliano un pò l’ho temuta. Soprattutto nelle ultime settimane, infatti, sembrava quasi che il programma si fosse piegato in suo favore.. a partire dall’inedito che, tra i tre, è quello leggermente più riuscito.
Comunque Marco ha vinto, e questo è l’importante. Ma alla fin fine, era davvero necessario? Se una cosa buona X Factor l’ha fatta quest’anno, è stata quella di far conoscerea al grande pubblico questo fantastico artista.
Un ragazzo ventenne con una voce fantastica, eclettica, varia. Un entertainer nato, un talento con la T maisucola che, durante l’avventura xfactoriana, si è dimostrato versatilissimo, mettendosi alla prova con generi differenti, artisti praticamente al limite. E’ risultato credibile portando sul palco brani di Prince, Takin Heads, Mia Martini, Ac/Dc e Umberto Bindi. Insomma, non una roba da tutti, chiaramente.
L’unica nota stonata nel tutto è l’inedito che gli è stato dato.. Dove Si Vola, che ovviamente è già al primo posto della classifica di iTunes. E’ un brano abbastanza banale, insomma la solita canzonetta Sanremese, che trovo decisamente inadatto ad uno come Marco che, ad X Factor, ha fatto un certo percorso. Ma che vi devo dire? Ha detto bene Morgan.. Marco potrebbe cantare anche l’elenco telefonico, e riuscirebbe comunque ad emozionare.. ed è vero.. perchè Dove Si Vola, nonostante non sia nulla di che, mi mette i brividi.. soprattutto nella parte finale. Se non è talento questo – riuscire a imprimersi talmente tanto su un brano da trasformarlo da banale a speciale – che cos’è il talento?
La vittoria di X Factor ha fruttato a Marco un contratto discografico di oltre trecentomila euro con la Sony. Eh già, con la Sony, la casa discografica che quest’anno ha dimostrato più che mai di muovere da sola le redini del programma, facendo scelte decisamente discutibili e che mi hanno portato a chiedere: ma la discografia italiana è gestita da deficienti, che puntano più su un guadagno usa e getta, piuttosto che fare un progetto di qualità e che si rivelerà un successo a lungo termine? Boh. Sta di fatto che ’sto contratto con la Sony mi spaventa, e non poco. Come anche la presenza di Marco a Sanremo, che aprirà i battenti tra qualche mese.
Perchè vi starete chiedendo? Beh, perchè non vorrei che la Sony, avida di guadagni, faccia pubblicare un album a Marco, prodotto alla meno peggio, in contemporanea con Sanremo, evento al quale mancano poco più di tre mesi. Non sarebbe tanto improbabile.. e vi dirò: al di là di come saranno le canzoni, venderà un botto.
Ma Marco è un talento unico, che se gestito bene, potrebbe veramente – come Elio di Elio e le storie tese ha detto in diretta – arrivare all’”eccellenza internazionale“. E allora diamogliela questa possibilità.. non bruciamo le tappe. Diamo a Marco la possibilità di essere se stesso, di metterci l’anima nel suo primo disco. Perchè il disco di debutto è fondamentale, quanto mai per Marco che dovrà affrontare tutta una serie di pregiudizi dei soliti snob che si divertiranno a bollarlo come un “prodotto televisivo”.
Questo è quanto.. domani tutti a comprare l’EP di Marco, mi raccomando!
